Creating a Email AccountHiring extra staff when you business is expanding is an exciting time, but as always, there comes the initial admin stuff in order to get them set up and ready to go. In this article we will explain how to set up a new email account.
1. Log in to the AIAWeb console using the email and password associated with the account. If you did not receive/do not remember the information, simply hit the 'Forgot Password' option and follow the prompts in the reset password email.
2. From the top menu bar select 'Services'
3. From the dropdown select 'My Services'
4. In this section you will se a list of the services you have with AIA.
5. Click the domain name in the list of services you want to add an email account to
6. Once you are in the settings hit the 'Quick Shortcuts' icon for 'Email Accounts'
7. Add your new email account name i.e. accounts@yourdomain.com.au
Note: Depending on your hosting service, a maximum of 10 email accounts can be created before upgrading becomes necessary
8. Create a password for the email account.
Note: Our Servers require email passwords to be at the minimum of 50/100 for strength. Indicated by the bar underneath the password section.
9. Set the email quota for the account
Note: Emails will fail to work once the email quota is full, so be sure to monitor your emails and make sure you do not keep emails that you do not need - freeing up space in your account.
10. Click 'Create Account'
